[Mod][XCL] Dreddful Gambling 0.7

This allows Female characters to bet high stakes with Dredd, and suffer the consequences for going into debt.

It also increases the possible gambling amounts, adding $500 and $1000.

I've tested it (lost money, danced, failed dance, got serum) and all seems to be running as expected, but if you find a bug let me know.

To get it working properly I've had to directly change a couple of Dredd passages, as there's a few male assumptions made in the base code. So it will possibly produce conflicts with any other mod that changes the blackjack or Dredd passages:

[bar play cards; bar chat guy options; bar dance end; dredd job sex finish]

If popular and I can figure it out, I may look into more guaranteed consequences if you don't dance off your debt.
