The sexually programmed trait will give the victim Sim 8 new romantic social interactions, which can be located at the menu option, Pain Slut. The victim initially really hated the sex abuse, but because she needs to survive and protect herself from the constant death threats of the rapist, she must completely obey against her will.

Since the Sims 4 game is just unreal artificial intelligence operations, the context for this victim is always under non-consensual sex, which is different from BDSM that is always consensual roleplay, but this victim is not roleplaying, but it is real experience for her.
