There are other similar mute mods around, but this mod I have made has a different context. The Sim with this trait will be mute all the time and only uses hand gestures with facial expressions to communicate with others, due to being too traumatized to speak from past abuse history. The actor will receive a scared buff and receiver a sad buff, when seeing the mute Sim.
