• The Sim is much more inclined to sleep throughout the day due to depression.
• This Sim is super sensitive to touching and will complain (via mean interaction)
• This Sim thinks no one understands his traumatic pain (via friendly interaction)
• This Sim feels that everything is unsafe when being outside with people
• This Sim feels excruciating heart pain due to recurring traumatic flashbacks
• This Sim has an urge to self-harm for feeling extremely anxious and stressed
• This Sim has pseudo-hallucinatory escapes to feel safer as a coping strategy 
• This Sim experiences suicidal thoughts and ideations with deep depression
• This Sim feels extreme humiliation from past prolonged degrading abuse
• This Sim feels angry about his past abusers for their unfair treatments

This mental health disorder is usually comorbid with recurrent exacerbation of Major Depression or Clinical Depression. Its features also relates to Anxiety Disorders, Phobia Disorders and Dissociative Disorders (e.g. Depersonalization and Derealization).
