Cubman X Barber Shop 1.0.0

Hi guys, here's my first download of 2022.  I present to you Cubman's Barber Shop.  Does your Sim guy need a new hairstyle, or maybe he needs his beard trimming.  Or maybe he wants something else?  

There are 2 downloads to chose from:

Mods - everything I have created to build a working barbershop, if you just want "the stuff" to make your own shop with - wall art, signs, lampposts, advertising boards, magazines for the waiting room, hair dye boxes.  Everything can be found in the game catalogue by searching "barber".

Lot & Mods - the barbershop blueprint and tray files, along with all my CC as well as a few other items required.  The shop features a reception area with checkout, salon, waiting room, bathroom, spa area with massage table, outdoor seating area and parking lot.

The Lot is a retail type on a 30X30 plot size.  Although it's retail, your Sims are still able to offer make overs using the Get Famous chairs (modded by ATS and included).  

As always, it's tried and tested in game, with the latest patch, but if you do spot any problems, please do let me know.
