About This File
Chocolate Elves are the offspring of a female Dunmer and a male Breton. "Chocolate" is used as a derogatory term, they are outcasts, unable to fit (and unwanted) in either men or mer society.
Race is inspired by the original for Oblivion, albeit nothing is carried over apart from the general appearance. Will use whatever body, textures, hair, eyes you have installed and are available for the Breton race. Female only.
Their mixed blood grants them a natural affinity for magic from Breton side and the agility from mer counterpart: they start with +5 racial bonuses in Alchemy, Alteration, Conjuration, Illusion, Light Armor, Sneak and Speech (35 points total like vanilla races).
Racial powers are also inherited from their parents, just not as strong: they have 25% resistance to fire and 15% to magic. Daily powers are the "Ancestor's Wrath" Dunmer ability and their exclusive "Chocolate Elf Charm" that can Calm any creature for one minute.
