A friendly bugreport:) With the newest version (1.1) i got this bugs: 1) freeze on loading screen 2) beheading starting immediately after entering lair for first time, sometimes cagefight too 3) lair can be entered with simply pushing the book from the pedestal 4) when i visited the lair another time with a follower nearly all slaves where not in the lair. 5) never managed to enter the lair from the door beside Riverwood, always freeze on loading screen Only way to enter the lair was from a clean save, right now even this do not work anymore. Only way to see the beheading was resurrecting the victim with console, animation is out of sync then (second Priestess of Hydra is not in place). To restart cagefight one must drag the dead bodies to the cage they belong to, close the doors and resurrect, than use the "startbutton" beside the thron. Also i would suggest to cap the merchants gold to 20000 to bypass a known bug where the merchants stop to pay you for your loot after some time.

Exceeded bag limit today. Its at 14500 atm. Decided its time to get rid of all the useless stuff. After one round to every merchant in the whole country of Skyrim i got not even sold the half of my gems . Also another problem arise: What should i do with all the money? Trying to be a god thief i started to pickpocket diamonds into some beggars pockets. Unfortunately i could not notice any gain in my pickpocket skill at all. Maybe thats just not the way a good thief is supposed to work . On top of that those ungrateful bastards called the guards on me! Man was i disappointed ! Well, at least i got used some of my money to bribe the guards. Right now i am thinking of spreading the gems all over my house to see if my wife is more grateful but i am afraid this will just end up in another disappointment...

If you give me a link with the textures i can put them to the meshes for you.

Combine this with my to pictures and it should be possible to figure it out i think.

To wich point did you make it, where you got stucked? It would be hard work for me to write a tutorial, english is not my native language. Had to look to the dictionary several times to only write this post. Yet i will try to help if you have some more precise questions.

Did not read the whole thread, somebody might have posted this earlier. Somewhere early in the thread it is written that skyrim havok behavior editing is missing and animations in skyrim only can be replaced but not added. Have the same problem: NPCs can equip the R10 but if i equip the cuirass to the PC game CTDs instantly. On top of the CHSBHC NBP i have NoMaaM Breathing Idles BBB + NoMaaM Walk BBBB - Breast and Butt Bounce and The skeleton of female models by Ning - Perfect 3-2.
