Lighting problem

Hey guys,

 

Lately i have a little problem. I tried a new enb but I didn't like it and when i got back to my old enb i got this problem

 

 

 

 

 

 

That is some sort of lighting flare. Anyone know what the problem may be ? I didn't have this before changing enb and I backed up all files before changing them also the save is a clean save before trying the new enb.
