Some error with skins perhaps? Maybe you installed more than a default one?

well with a 5 word description I don't know what you problem might be but some solutions:

if you use a default replacement skin it might be a skin without anatomical details so you should look for an replacer with details.

you don't have an skin replacer at all.

you have a non replacement skin, you need to select that skin

you have skin overlays (most of the time they are under face details so you need to select it)
