Camera Movement Problem

I've been downloading Mods and CC for while now, I noticed it a little at first, but I would load my game and there would be no sound and when I opened up my household I couldn't control the screen movement with my mouse, I had to use the camera drop down. Usually I could exit the game and restart it again and there would be sound and regular mouse camera movement. But after downloading a few more things today, every time I load my game there is no music or mouse movements. Does anyone know what this might be?
