Uninstalling Continue Game No Crash?

I removed the mod from MO, deleted the pex and dll file it added and started a new game and I can't get rid of the mod. Actually, I did, but I can't click on enter to load game. I mean I can click it, but it doesn't do anything as if the old script that the mod replaced was deleted. How do you get the normal click behavior back?

Did you remove startmenu.swf?

why wasn't it present in the zip file I downloaded from the Nexus? Thanks.

Is it a vanilla file? I can't believe uninstalling the plugin doesn't remove if if it was part of the mod.
