Male Replace question

Hopefully I'm in a right place and first time posting. Is it possible to add a erect penis from Rocketlombax's mod? http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/48298/?

 

Using Sexout on females makes it very weird without a erect penis. I try replacing them from Breeze and Robert's Male Body mods, but keeps using the male body replace instead of Rocketlombax. Try to contact Rocketlombaz and unable to do so.

It's possible but, it requires very technical work. If the body doesn't provide an erected male anatomy, You'd have to either create one from scratch, or paste it on there from another existing male body such as Breeze male body. Probably redo a UV map for the penis texture, which would also require bake a new texture maps for it and also re weight it so that the penis stays in it's position and not stretches when squatting, walking, running etc... This would require using Blender and the know how.
