Nude Body - Vanilla UV Map?

Hullo lads.

 

There wouldn't happen to be a nude body mod, for menfolk 'n' wimmenfolk, that doesn't use a new UV map?

 

The only mod that I could find, that doesn't use a new UV map which requires 300MB+ of armour replacers, would be this rather hacky-looking one.

 

I've checked out Breeze's and Roberts' male replacer mods, and they don't fit the bill; they require replacers.

 

So aye. Any chance o' this being a thing? It cannae be impossible, as Skyrim does have CBBE, which uses the vanilla UV map.
