New/Edited NPC warpaint and tintmasks not showing.

So.. yea. I can't get new or edited NPCs to show their warpaint or tintmask selections in the game itself.

 

I've tried the ctrl+f4 trick for skin, but it doesn't work for the other stuff. Anyone have any insight on this?

I've discovered that supposedly it is an issue with having other tintmasks, etc installed from mods like Bella's etc...

 

I leave this here for anyone else that is curious.
