Black eyes help plz

ok i uninstalled and reinstalled and then manually downloaded modular people ++ and all the other mods i get from nexus using the manager and still i come across these problems' date=' eyes messed up, lots of races arent there, the cute elf race i downloaded also dosnt show up and most recently even though i have obse downloaded and in the oblivion folder when ever i boot up my game it says lovers need obse to run...so idk whats going on can anyone help

fixed the obse part turns out u hafta have steam community enabled however the black eyes and some races missing are still a problem if anyone knows how to fix

i have fixed the problem my self i went through another download medium and tried that and it worked
