BeeingFemale is a menstrual cycle simulation mod that allows female character to have a menstrual cycle and even to become pregnant.
With MO you can use it's features for what they were made in the first place
Left Pane:
one Slot for BF
directly after it one SLOT for the patch
activate both
In that setting, the patch will "virtually overload/overwrite" all necessary files from the base mod as soon as you start your game.
But in fact, all files of both packages stay untouched and unmodified in their own mod directories.
