In spoiler are example of my work. If you need different colors of hands you need:
1) create texture files for black, blue, red, pink hands
2) create material files for black, blue, red, pink, hands
3) modify devious devices.esm file in fo4edit for new materials swap : DD_MS_Generic_Red, DD_MS_Generic_Blue, DD_MS_Generic_Pink.
