Is it just me, or is this Papyrus Compiler documentation a bit bong? Trying to just perform a single script recompile from the command line, but the manual PapyrusCompiler invocation example is too vague for my tiny brain. In particular it refers to setting -f="Institute_Papyrus_Flags.flg" but the compiler can't find that flags file, and neither can a file search of my entire system for that matter. Does installing the Fallout 4 Creation Kit not install the base files needed by the script compil
