Question about WW lot trait "Nudist"

I noticed that there is a "Nudist" lot trait. Reading the description it sounds similar to the "Clothing Optional" trait. This leads me to a few questions: What is the difference between these traits? Do they work together or should only one be chosen? Does Nudist "include" the effects of Clothing Optional? If not, are they intended to always be used together? Appreciate any help on this

They kind of do different things so you can have both. Here's the description for the WW Nudity trait straight from the website: "Nudist lot trait removes all undressing skill requirements for Sims that are on the lot but slows down the nudity skills progression by 75%."
