While the title says it all, IF anyone ever played the Sims 2 - when a sim used the telescope during daylight hours, it was almost guaranteed another neighbor would 'burst' into the house and confront the 'peeping' sim angrily. (since stargazing isn't possible during the day - what else could they have been doing?)   While this fun 'mechanic' is no longer with us as Sims 3 users, every time I see a telescope being used during the day, I'm reminded of it and thought if a modified 'solo
