Fusion Girl or CBBE?

Context: I’m not new to modding but I’ve been out of the game for a few years. The “state of the art” has progressed considerably in the time I’ve been away and I’m playing catch-up. I don’t have the kind of time I used to and very much want to play the game once I’ve figured out what mods to use. To that end; I’ve been reading as much as I can here and over at the Nexus but I wanted to summarize what I think I’ve learned; specifically about CBBE vs Fusion Girl and invite advice and correct

Just an FYI, spyder anachrid, but with the introduction of OCBP(C) uniboob became obsolete and is only good for non-moving screen shots. Any outfit which wants to use OCBPC properly with independent motion of breasts should do like authors such as Humannature66 do which is to make outfits which don't use vertices over the sternum.
