By the beard of Talos! After over 4 months of editing, I have finally completed the second, more thorough pass for my better English patch.  I went through each line of dialogue a second time, to make this, which is as complete as I can make it.  I am now happy to share it with the community.  I also made sure to verify that it actually loads this time before uploading it here.   There are 3 files here.  The English patch is what most users need.  The Action patch is the English patch
