You can get pregnant with up to 6 gems, and over the course of 6 days they will slowly grow from nothing to black gems. Additionally, while pregnant, you will begin producing milk that when farmed will provide buffs. Each race produces milk with different buffs, which can be used as alchemy ingredients or cooked into stronger versions which provide
