I use Nemesis with DD and it works fine, I've heard people have problems getting Nemesis to play nice but I've just needed to run FNIS first (and then disable FNIS in the mod list, and enable the FNIS output from overwrite) before enabling and running Nemesis. But if you wanted to use DD with Nemesis and specifically without running FNIS I can't help
