Summary Skyrim SE is version 1.6.1170 on Steam (January 2024). Creation Kit is version 1.6.1130 (December 2023). SKSE64 is version 2.2.6. Many SKSE-based mods also require Address Library. There used to be an option to turn off auto updating completely but it was removed at least 1.5-2 years ago. The option to update only when launched is different and in my Steam is the ONLY option, all others were removed.
