just for clarification. you are using ETR mod and also the PAHE lakeview manor cell add-on right? I never used both of those together. but ETR's seems to be uninstall friendly. and also it uses the coffin space as an entrance. so that one should be ok. (did they fixed the green silhouettes issue in SSE yet? O_O ) and for the lakeview manor cell.
