So I have this bug where females (npcs and my character) will blink invisible for a moment and then reappear, like a slow flicker, when I'm in the Blue Palace and the Bard's College. It doesn't affect all the npcs in those two locations, only if they're female and standing in certain locations like near the enchanting table in Sybille Stentor's room.   They're still there while invisible and it doesn't interrupt animations or conversations, they just go completely invisible for a brief moment
