Here are some screenshots that show mostly the same thing the ones in the link in my original post show.
Basically, I have all my morphs set, NiOverride is at 0% for breasts, butt, and belly. Reverse scaling is on for the things that need it, my steps are at 10, Max at 100 and Min at 1.
Milk Mod Economy is recognized by SLIF as you can see in the 3rd screenshot, but doesn't scale with the body morphs I have set up, it still tries to use the nodes despite having the morphs
