Make sure you are using the latest version of SUM, i.e. SUM 1.30.
1. Go to SUM MCM 'Select Actor' page and choose your PC. (Actor No. 1)
2. Next go to StorageUtil page.
3. There under 'StorageUtil Lists' display the 'INT List'.
4. Either select and click on 'xpopConfigBusy' from the list that appears bellow OR type it into 'INT Value Name'.
5. To the right of that value in 'Change INT Value' change that to 0.
