Yes, a dog can get a female sim pregnant, if she has the DogBreeder trait. This trait cannot be selected like others, it's a reward. You have to find how to "earn" it.   It's easier for me to update, and faster to load to have all features in only one mod. I'll add the possibility to disable each feature individually. I know that there are lots of problems with the woohoo motive (it never resets because of a bug) and all the interactions need to be tuned.   Personnaly, I don't like Nraas W
