It works for months for me with Rev 96
You're using a mod that overwrites TamagoClub.esm. I had this error first too. After checking all mods, there were:
TamagoShop.esp 44kb (file size) and TamgoNews.esp 43kb by kamyu2
TamagoBreak v1.04 in this thread works.
Tamago Player Hud 2.0 here or kilina's Tamago Player Hud +Icons modified by me in this thread works too.
