He is not using twitter anymore. He's using discord. The link is on his twitter. (The google spreadsheet has a link.) Why he keeps mentioning twitter at this point is beyond me. Unless he's talking about his google spreadsheet. Which is LINKED on his twitter. There is a distinct difference.  In which case, he should literally just say that.
