Noticed this with my current game when I went to use lighting bolt against a deer.  0 damage.  firebolt, fireball, and chain lightning all are doing the appropriate effect, just no damage.  Chain lightning staggers just fine. Did some testing and NPC casters are doing the appropriate amount of damage to me.  It just seems to be any fire and forget spells, as concentration spells like flames, etc, seem to be working fine.  No idea how long this has been going on but a fresh coc qasmoke char fr
