Sound Replacer : 

into Skyrim data folder , generates a folder named music , inside, spawn a named dungeon , inside, it generates a named cave

generates a WAV format audio file . With the program  Skyrim Audio Converter  convert audio to XVM .

Rename the latter as : mus_dungeon_cave_01 . To have the unique sound in all caves, create 3 audio files and rename them

mus_dungeon_cave_01 , mus_dungeon_cave_02 , mus_dungeon_cave_03

Locality this Dungeon

For speed : 

open a console with Tilde Key 

insert this string : player.setav speedmult 180  press enter and wait a few moments

For ninja sprint :

Pull Mastery Hookshot or Grappling hook

With AddItemMenu, search for the book you see in the video.
