This is a very simple Lot trait mod for the sims 4.   It marks a lot as an adult club and provides a buff called "whoa mama!" that makes your sims flirty and gives a buff to romance relationship building. The buff also increases the FUN need.   This mod is veeery simple as it is my first try with ModConstructor.
