This is a small utility mod that will lower the chances of finding Stimpaks and Bobby Pins in containers to just 10% (including vendor lists) so they become a much more meaningful commodity. Those hair clips will now be a little more precious and your inventory will not be groaning under the weight of all those damned Stimpaks.   It works by adjusting the "chance none" in the levelled lists. I think I've picked them all up but let me know if you find any I've missed and I'll update. It
