This is a simple retexture of the German Shepherd which comes as part of Hentai Creatures (and which is also placed by More Creatures as a dog replacer).   I did not like the dark look of the original so much, so I replaced it with the friendlier texture from "Rex the German Shepherd Companion" (which in return took the texture from even older mods not available anymore).
