There is no 3bbb included with the installer, and the only patch I provided is for DCL. For DD, you need to use the link for DD 4.3 3BA, but it does not yet cover the new outfits. Make sure the 3BA files are installed or loaded after DD.

 

If you're still having trouble, you can build the CBBE special or physics body, but the SMP body is the same as the 3bbb body.

Fix your FNIS warnings. Estrus charus is installed wrong or something is wrong with your files, I don't have that error.

SGO - are you using beta6? I'm not seeing the fnis error with that.

SD+ - use this fix or use the conversion i did for the latest version. I haven't heard anything back on the conversions other than bodyslide, so i'm assuming no news means they are working as expected.

PCEA2- don't know what's up with this, but it's not working if fnis is ignoring it.

 

If fixing the FNIS errors doesn't work, try disabling sexy idles.

Is it possible to remove some of the animations in DD that are available in bound scenes? SH's and ZAZ animations are really lame and poor quality and it's not fun when you get them, so I tried to delete them from the txt file but the mod picks them anyway. How about adding an install option where you can choose which author's packs you want to install? That should be useful to everyone. You don't want to increase your animation count with uninteresting animations.

 

If only we could switch animations during bound scenes. You can't even switch animation with SexLab Tools. A patch for that would be very welcome. Just add ALL available animations to the scene so you can bring up a list with them. It sucks as it is now. Yoke or Armbinder is more of a penalty for the player than the character tbh.

 

I know I can toggle the use of bound animations, but how can everyone have the key to your devices, or what's that weird magic spell that makes them vanish? That's just not believable and ruins immersion a lot more than being able to switch animations would.

So, since someone dug out the post where pfiffy had one of the first AIOs, and he does mention that the AIO includes the HDT stuff, this is how I'd handle patches. What  is needed depends on each person's install, not all patches will be needed by everyone. So 'required' is pretty loose.

 

Only Kimy can update the mod description and files to add the patches or not, she still owns/controls the project, including the DD conversion to SE. A new download page that consolidates fixes is possible, but would depend on Kimy. I tend to think that falls under the 'redistributing files' permissions, which is not allowed. We have been doing patches and workarounds based solely on her good will, and she has final say on the patching. Keeping them in this thread gives her a good chance to see to what we're doing. I'd prefer seeing how much is fixed on the next release before taking the step on creating a patch page.

I have posted a feature request utilising bug report section of the HDT-SMP page on Nexus Mods for half-loop dependencies on the physics plugin. So if the author of the physics plugin reads it, hopefully we may have this chains issue under SSE licked!

There's not really enough animations to make disabling some a good choice. It will get really repetitive really fast. What we really need are more, but Kimy said she needs an animator to provide the files.

DD has it's own filter, separate from the SexLab animations, which is why you often can't pick what you want with sexlab tools. The only way around that is to disable the filter. This has been discussed quite a lot in the last few months on the DD Dev thread if you want to catch up on it. The DD 5.0 beta started at the end of Sept, page 122. The discussion is spread throughout the beta, I just don't recall the exact page it started, so be prepared for some reading.

 

Either way, there's not a way to selectively disable DD animations that I'm aware of.

Of course if you are tied any NPC will likely search your pockets and take all keys. For future unlock your devices. When they like to do it.

Those are standard keys, each blacksmith can made those form 1 iron. Even you can make, if learn a skill. And you suppose no one use this opportunity? If you wear a timed chastity belt no one have key and can't rape you.

I read the update post and I don't see what all the fuzz is about. Minor performance improvement was the only thing that was of note, but I didn't have any problems with performance in DD 4.3. I don't see any improvement to actual gameplay and I don't agree with the crying about the filter option causing problems. It was good as it was. It's an option that you toggle by choice and it's enabled by default. Kimy was just thinking about herself when removing it. I vote for bringing it back in and support the fans of DD instead of the casuals who don't know what they are doing.

Hello, I know this has been asked before but I'm having the issue with my characters mouth not opening when I have a gag equipped. I've installed MfgFix but it hasn't fixed the problem. I do have expressions turned on in the Sexlab settings but I don't know if I need to do anything else, can anyone help?

 

I'm using Devious Devices 5.0.

Sorry it looks like it is working but not for all gags, I tried a bunch of others and most seem to be fine. I'm not sure which mod covers the ones that aren't working but it's these ones:

But i see two problems:

 

1.) I dont have PCEA installed...

2.) i ran a clean skyrim save without any mods except  DD and its requirements.

 

About SGO: i was using Beta 4, updated now to beta 6.

And last but not least, I installed the fix you posted.

 

i will try it and will give some feedback

 

Edit: almost same result, but now the animation works when sheathing weapons with no weapons equipped but only when walking and running.

Idle, sprinting and normal walking still wont work

 

Edit2: Found some leftovers from a PCEA2 install. removed it but still the same as before and no FNIS errors anymore

Hey everyone I got a issue with the arm binder item. When walking around everything is fine, however when standing still either the pc or any npc who is in the armbinder they will stand normally as if they are not wearing it at all. There hands are also invisible as well,
I have ran FNIS and did bodyslide as well
I understand that in ZAZ can cause problems with this if animation over ride is enabled which it is by default. However this still happens with I tick it off

Hey!

All DD equipment work for me, but corsets don't seem to. When I try to equip one, it says that is equipped, but it doesn't appear on my body.

And I accidentally noticed, that when I try to drop a corset I am wearing, a window pops up and says "An error has ocurred in your installation of Devious Devices. IsWearingDevice recieved no argument"

 

Any suggestions for a fix?

What outfits are you seeing this with? I had enough issues going through all the female outfits, I don't want another 3+ months of staring at bodyslide trying to figure out which outfits have issues when I don't play guys with DD. ?

If you have BRRF too, the esp for BRRF is loading after For Him, right?

Are you on DD 5.0 or 5.1? If not, try installing 5.0 and the 5.1 update from the troubleshooting post and try again on a new save with just DD and it's requirements.

Make sure you don't have any other idle animations, or even other animation packs when testing DD and it's requirements.

 

If you're finding remnants, and you're using NMM, you might need to delete everything in data and reinstall skyrim to get rid of remnants from other mods that you're unaware of.

If you use Vortex, purge everything and check your actual data folder to be sure it's clean before enabling DD and it's requirements.

If you're using MO2, nothing should be manually installed in the actual Data folder.

I always thought the animation filter in Zaz is for actual bound sex animations, not the idles. So it wouldn't apply in this instance. Check if you have other mods providing idles and disable them.

Run bodyslide and batch build everything with morphs.

Get rid of any old DD 4.3 or earlier patches.

 

Check your ESM order, it should be

  • Devious Devices - Assets
  • Devious Devices - Integration
  • Devious Devices - Expansion
  • Devious Devices - Contraptions
  • Devious Devices For Him (optional)
  • Devious Devices - BRRF (optional)

If you have DCL, try setting bound girls to 0. That looks like an old bug though that I'd expect to be fixed in 8.4/8.5/9.0beta
