The Allowed for Random flag causes problems for my game, I leave elders for the same reason also.  Have some trouble with spawned townies.

Users can adjust the setting to suit themselves for their games.

I wasn't happy with the one I made before with the gap at the back so I revamped it and made a new version. Will be re-doing the longer sleeve version also.
