No. You don´t modify the client, just the exe and what you see on your screen.

 

Cheatengine might get you banned though, even though this usually doesn´t happen either. For mods you don´t need this though. Cheatengine is just for deforming boobs and stuff.

Note: In this screenshot, I'm also using the skirt removal, which is part of the standard Mod Pack, I believe.  The included files only remove part of the top, so you can keep the skirt, if you like.
