Major Site Upgrade Coming - November 5th, 2017

I wonder if Imgur blocks the temporary new site domain.

 

On another note, new site looks great, very clean and modern, almost like Windows Vista in 2007.

 

Sad thing though. UI does not scale with ultrawide monitors. Sad face.

 

Is there a way you can get the site to scale with browser viewport?

Yes, you have two options.

 

1) Use the theme called "Carbon - Full width" (you can change the theme on the bottom-left of every screen)

2) Use the custom wide&compact CSS I made here

Imgur has not liked LL for quite a while now.

The good thing is that with the referer control addon for firefox and chrome you can prevent imgur from blocking pictures linked here on LL. I have been using it for quite awhile now.

Is there are way to show the activity stream in pages instead of endless scroll? The way it was on the old site.

Hit the condensed button at the top of the list it should sort it out.

It doesn't. There is still a button "Load more activity" at the bottom instead of pages. 

Another point is that the so called Compact view is not compact at all but this can be fixed via custom CSS. I mean - the compact option usually makes the page "scan-able" and this one definitely does not. But it is indeed fixable on the user's side. However enabling pagination is not, so I hope there is a setting somewhere for it.
