Thanks too and I guess this is the best way to create and show interesting sims. Males are not so easy to create for me. But I think we need much more well done CC beards (especially long ones and mustaches) in Alpha style. This one is an asian Newcrest WIP:

Ah, male Sims...my favorite topic! Thought I'd share a couple of pics: I recently found SirDaubeny's mod, and decided to play around with different sized guys, which is pretty fun. Two of the guys in this house are twins. I aged them up from teens, and changed one's hair color and added a chinstrap because twins eventually try to differentiate.
