So, I've got few questions:

How long does it take to see if parasite have any effect on your body (like the belly/ass growth and the like)?

 

Also, my game crashes when equipping Slime Armor or Barnicles and doesn't display Tentacle (only tried through Debug menu). It's possible I'm missing some assets, but I'm not sure what I need to download to fix this.

You will have to install Estrus Chaurus + if you want to see actual tentacle and slime/ooze attacks when you harvest certain items (chaurus egg mounds, creepy clusters). You can still be infected by their related parasite if you don't have EC+ but the full effect relies on EC+ being available.

 

Are you on SE or LE?

Takes a while, you need to wear the devices a few days.

If you want to see a faster effect rise inflation effects in MCM.

LE and I managed to fix the issue. I didn't notice you need regular Estrus for Estrus Chaurus/Spider + to work.

After installing it, Living/Tentacle armors + Barnacles are working fine.

 

It was either that or reinstalling of the bodyslide thing

Still, my boob/belly/ass sizes don't increase at all, even when changing them through RaceMenu. I'm pretty sure the cause is I didn't really touch Bodyslide/OutfitStudio outside of simply installing it. I know it's kinda outside the scope of this mod, but can you give me some advices on how to properly configure Bodyslide/OutfitStudio to, well, make it work well with Kyne's Blessing and other similar mods that add body parts growth?

Depends what body you are using.

I use UUNP special for example, installed via AIO-P (helps the clueless or lazy user to install a body with all the interesting addons).

Keep in mind to install armors/outfits that also support inflation and the body type you are using (CBBE or UNP variations)

 

The other thing is that multiple inflation mods can conflict.

So, I found Lastelle, asked her what she's doing here, then she said it's about to happen and the dialog ended. I assume she is supposed to be fucked by something, but she just stands up, walks a short distance and kneels. Then, nothing happens. Looking through the posts here, someone mentioned not having Estrus Chaurus+ installed, but I do have it. I seem to be missing quite a few animations, but from what I can tell from Nexus, there isn't any version of original Estrus for Skyrim that contains these files.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Uh, that's bad.

 

Try and fall back one zzEstrus version. Grab this one: EstrusForSkyrimV241r1.

If you still get those errors something how you install zzEstrus is wrong.

 

For the v250beta is also a custom made patch/process in the Estrus+ topic.

I just didn't came around to try it myself.

EDIT: Version 241r4 doesn't throw me any missing animation errors in FNIS, but girl still just stands up and does random vanilla animations (this time, she decided to eat and drink). I can just talk to her and proceed with the quest, but I think I'm missing some animation in this dialogue. I mean, she literally says something is about to happen. And then it doesn't....

If you install mods with MO you DON'T want to install anything in skyrim/data manually (you don't need to do that with NMM/vortex either).

So the only other reason I can think of is that you might not use MO right (not your fault, it's just MO, making even an easy installation unnecessary complex).

 

Maybe there is something in your Overwrite folder that needs to be somewhere else ?‍♂️

I hope some MO specialist jumps in here!

I recommend you the "SexLab Aroused Creatures" for that case. When you have the Kynea Blessings all the animals because friendly (Deer and Fox included) and once his arouses are height enough they will try to breed with you.
