For some reason when I have this mod active, half of my saves freeze on the loading screen, just as the cell begins to load. I use a lot of characters and I've tried determining the cause of the freezing but I can't. With this mod disabled they do not freeze. So I've got five characters who don't freeze on load, seven that do. Not sure what to do owo

 

Yeah, none of my current saves will load with YAS and all of it's dependencies loaded either. New game works, but my argonians are turned into green khajiit, Bretons (khajiit) have messed up teeth, high elf (khajiit) have teeth and tongues that aren't part of their heads, high elf (same), imperial (same), nord (same). I did try with the suggested load order and with loot's.

Neck seams, as I mentioned in the first reply, are on the agenda. 

 

I've thought about human/furry... like maybe making sure Vilja works... as a human.

 

For the hang on loading, fact is I probably can't help much. Could be that when you have a lot of NPCs getting schlongified at once it's a problem. Things to try:

* Go to a save that's indoors and load that, then load the one you want.

* Try one or more of the following mods:

  • Safety Load
  • 30 fps loading fix
  • Cell Stabilizer
  • Memory Blocks Log, and read the instructions on how to use it

With all that I admit I have fairly regular infinite loading screens on first startup. I go back to an older save or start a new game with LAL, and then load the one I want.

I had the same problem. you have to put the mods in order {below}. they must be placed as the fallowing or you will have them all khajiit

Not sure if this is a known issue or just specific to me.

 

Started up a game, got to riverwood and noticed this. What isn't immediately visible is that frodnar has no eyes either, yet his mouth has an actual inner texture unlike dorthe. What else isn't noticable is that dorthe has no feet.

I've tried the Safety Load, and loading one of my male argonian saves that keeps freezing on load even in QASMOKE cell. Though I have a female argonian that can load on the staircase in Whiterun and anywhere else. Even tried removing all items from him and it still froze. I also tried turning the male argonian into a female khajiit to see if that would make it load. And I have a male argonian that WILL load, so it isn't race/gender related, and every save has been cleaned the same and has the same mod setup. I think I'll try loading some backup saves later to see if those work. 

Also don't know if it's important to note, but I usually hear the noise enchanted items make when they first load before it freezes.

@shrrga, yeah, there's a reason I posted the load order. It's that you have to load the mods in that order. So what I'd do is, I'd load the mods in the order I gave. That's what I'd do.

 

Don't use LOOT. Or rather do, I do, but put "load after" rules in to preserve the order I gave you. (That's actually why I specified that the race mods can go in any order--so that people who do like me wouldn't waste time entering a bunch of rules that aren't needed.) LOOT really needs a way to ship metadata with a mod so a mod can add to the rules. Maybe I'll go over there and suggest that.

 

Also, I believe I mentioned on the main page that you should run this mod on a new game and not try to pull it mid-game. If you're trying to run it on existing characters there's no particular reason why it should work. Every race gets new meshes, new race data; every NPC that's already been loaded likewise; what's a poor game engine to do?

Okay I found a fix for all my freezing saves :3 I just deleted the skse files associated with the saves in the skyrim save folder. Not sure if it has any consequences, but when I first tried it my Creature Framework MCM menu disappeared. I think either doing the dump data option in the mcm or some of the cleaning options in the CF MCM before you delete the skse files will keep it from disappearing.

Well in the Furry Ages Nexus page there is one file which combains ALL the 5 pre-installed mods into one and if your mod uses this file as pre-installion that must be sweet.

 

btw is it possible only use plantigrade feet when playing the mod? Some people e.g. me likes to use mod weapons&armors, and the Digitigrade feet don't support mod armors well.

I bump into one issue i been trying to figure out not sure if anyone had that problem or not but theres a hole where the schlong suppose to be. I locked the load order (because i use Loot) so nothing is out of place some of the mods thats on the list i dont use (only glowing eyes but thats a merge mod).

 

I know its probably a dumb question to ask but am i missing something in the SOS related mods or do i have to add the other mods thats on that list for the hoodie schlongs to appear (the non-highlighted ones)? If you need my MO list ill put it in this post or next post.

In reverse order: No schlongs means no SOS most likely. That's not optional--if you don't want schlongs go back to the original Furry Age. So check that SOS is running -- look in the SOS MCM, Player/NPC tab and make sure SOS is assigning the schlong.

 

Optional items on the list are optional, so no glowing eyes if you don't want them.

 

Plantigrade feet are possible just by replacing maleskeletoncanine.nif, skeletonkhajiit.nif, femaleskeletoncanine.nif and skeletonkhajiit_female.nif with the beast skeletons from whichever replacer you favor. 

 

I had forgotten about Furry Age's rollup mod. I'll test that out.

Well I just mean...in the Yiffy Ages, we must install Digitigrade Feet as master esp and if I install Plantigrade feet it must be ctd....So you mean I can install Digitigrade Feet option but replacing maleskeletoncanine.nif, skeletonkhajiit.nif, femaleskeletoncanine.nif and skeletonkhajiit_female.nif? Can I do that?

Right. Install Compleat Khajiit where I have it in the load order, then replace the skeletons as I said. You'll get feetpaws but they'll walk on the foot so you can wear boots.

 

... Except you still won't see the boots. Er, sorry about that. I'll support this configuration before I'm done.

Furry Age+ your pre-installed add-ons also can be a complete sexlab furry mod and what is new about the Yiffy Age? In part of armors or sth else?

Got to whiterun and found the issue was still happening; kids have no eyes/feet/bodies. If I disable yiffy age, the kids return to being khajiits and have no missing parts.

I would really place Floppy on the "optional" list until it stops causing CTDs.

 

1.7 is the most stable, with 2.1 and the DLL patch found later in the support thread is the second most stable, and the most feature rich (2.1 performance is pretty bad for some reason tho)

Floppy ought to be optional; just an oversight.

Edit: Actually, it is marked optional. That's what the brackets mean.

 

Invisible kids are a known bug. I'm chasing them down. Worst is Haming in Helgen right at the start--I cannot get a body on that boy.

 

What's new about Yiffy Age is that they all got dicks, duh. Also other stuff in the OP.

You won't find it there. The file names I gave you are in Yiffy Age. Replace them in Yiffy Age with your favorite beast skeleton from whatever skeleton replacer you like. (I think the names in your skeleton mod will be "character/character assets/skeletonbeast.nif" and "character/character assets female/skeletonbeast_female.nif" but I haven't got my modding computer here.) Copy skeletonbeast over both the male canine and khajiit files I gave you and copy skeletonbeast_female over both female files. 

 

I split canines and felines and gave them slightly different looks, because I could. That's why there's only one skeletonbeast for males in vanilla and in the skeleton replacers, but two in YA.

Well....sorry but it doesnt work.

 

I deleted maleskeletoncanine.nif, skeletonkhajiit.nif  and added skeletonbeast.nif in the folder 

Yiffy Age of Skyrim 0 1\meshes\actors\character\character assets

 

I deleted femaleskeletoncanine.nif and skeletonkhajiit_female.nif and added skeletonbeast_female.nif in the folder 

Yiffy Age of Skyrim 0 1\meshes\actors\character assets female

 

and ctd when i create a new file.

 

my beast file is from XPMS.

 

I used FNIS and I used the right order you support.

Hello, it's me again, with some more advice (and again another wall of text :) ). Now that I have tested the mod for a while I have some things to say. I've also been tinkering with it to see if certain things could be done, so I think my discoveries may come in handy:

 

1.- First, the "invisible children" bug happens because Cats of Skyrim changes children outfits to include normal clothing but this is not reversed by this mod. As Yiffy Age returns the children to using children clothing only, the adult clothing assigned by Cats is invisible when equipped by them.

 

2.- Now, as BlueWolf has given permission to use his mod, I tried to merge it into this mod to see if it was possible. Turns out, it was, and same happened with Furry Age of Skyrim. I'd say you could merge both mods into this one, as they are no longer being worked on and it would allow some bugs like the one I described to be fixed. That, and reduce Load Order clutter.

 

Using TES5EDIT to delete anything in Cats of Skyrim overwritten by Furry Age or Yiffy Age and same with anything in Furry Age overwritten by Yiffy, and then using Merge Plugins, I have made a "SexyFurries.esp" that includes Cats and Furry age by itself, though it still has dependencies to BDHoodieSchlong.esp, BDDigiFeet.esp, and the original race mods.

 

3.- Neck seams can indeed be fixed by exporting FaceGen data from the CK. The Race Tint edits work fine, as NPC's now use the Khajiit tints, preventing any weird tint placement bug, though they may look odd is some cases (IIRC female imperials with tinted lips now have reddish tiger stripes, for example). There are still seams in some situations, like in Imperial NPC's, but I think that one is caused by the non-seamless Vaalsark textures.

 

I've also found out the hairs can be fixed by editing them to point to khajiit meshes instead of human ones. Khajiit hair styles are scarce (there are only like 6 different ones for each gender), so several different human hairs point to the same khajiit meshes, but they work fine when exported from the CK and in-game.

 

On the issue of beards and brows, I just left them with no mesh assigned but kept the morph files, so the newly generated Face Data have no beards (and so no face clipping) without having to edit NPC's directly, but Orcs still keep their ones because they are embeded into their vanilla FaceGen files. Male orc player characters will have no beards, though, but I think is an acceptable tradeoff for such an easy fix.

 

(4.-) Incidentally, this may allow some sort of compatibility with mod-added NPC's, because as long as they have properly exported FaceGen data they will work fine, at least in the case of vanilla brows, beards and hairs.

 

I have played with my merged .esp for a while and it seems to work fine. It includes some bug fixes and redirects all female human hairs (I haven't done males and elves yet) so if you want I could upload it here for reference or in the case it may be useful.
