Is this happening in every save? If it is happening only in one save, have you tried restoring a previous one?

 

No idea if it might be of help, but try deleting the wickedwhimsmod folder that you can find insides the saves folder. Maybe something got corrupted in there and deleting it will reset the problem. A new folder will be generated once you load the game.

 

Your log also says you might have duplicates of [Helio] HB Slider. You should check that because it might cause other errors.

Welcome back. They really *are* off this time? Good.

 

Now check the clock. If true to form, the patch will drop at ~10am PDT. A bit over eight hours from this posting.

 

You want to put Origin offline as that hour approaches. When you do that is up to you, but you WILL lose gallery access when you do. Your personal library is unaffected.

 

This is a patch for an Expansion Pack, so it's expected to be a big one. Meaning a lot of mods will break. EA will have a broken/updated mods thread on the official forums as the patch goes live. BOOKMARK IT. It will let you know when your SFW mods have been updated. That's SAFE FOR WORK, neighbor. Discussion of WW and Basemental are not allowed there.

 

The safe thing to do is to wait a few days for mod makers to shake the bugs out before collecting the updates and patching the game. We all know how many versions WW goes through the first couple days after a patch. ;)

 

You'll have to wait to try to lewd Agnes Crumplebottom (if you dare), but there's no need to let your existing sims languish. Go. Play. Lewd Sims.

having the same problem. got back from work and the update patch caught me be surprise, now I'm stuck with it. WW, Perversions etc no longer showing even on my pie wheel.
More precisely: everything is kinda still there but inaccessible.
Adultworld.com is working, has button options,
shows are streaming, followers, animations, all there:

Characters who were signed up at lost eden are receiving customer calls.
but none show up and now interaction buttons. also nothing on the phone menu, which has new UI
(road to fames and radiobroadcasting mods are still there though)
no wicked buttons , strip clubs are broken, no interaction on dancing poles or spots..
nobody is getting any action :D

Okay, so I tried deleting one of the dupe Helios and WW. I am still getting the same error when it "try_initiate_pregnancy" (Adult and teen; incest is enabled).  Also, I'm curious about the 'had first period' information under pregnancy...  After completing a cycle, it still says "FALSE", is that a glitch or something?  I only have the base game in case that matters...  Oh, and another thing started after I took out the dupe and WW folder, the sims just freeze in place in live mode. Their motives decay, the time moves on, but they don't move or do the tasks. I have to 'Force soft reset' to get them to move again.  I am still new to modding the Sims 4...  Thanks for your time, stay safe

Honestly only put in the mod about two days ago and the update caught me by surprise. Didn't even stop to think that it might end up being an issue. Now I'm stuck waiting for the next update to WW.

Heed my advice and learn from my mistakes: Do not allow for automatic updates and play offline...

This is what i do -

Make a copy of both of your "The Sims 4" folders =

Located in - "This PC > "drive" ( i have it on (D;) drive > Origin Games > The Sims 4"

                 - "This PC > Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4"

 

Then update your game in Origin, and now you can play the new updated game version to test.

 

You should now have two game folders, one will be named "The Sims 4 - Copy" - (origin will only recognise "The Sims 4" folders).

You can always then change the names back to "The Sims 4" and then play the older game version (in offline mode).

 

I have not updated for a while, i am on version 1.71.86.1020

your folders should now look like this=

Mind if I ask what is happening for you?  I might have done the same mistake if we have similar issues. My issues are listed earlier in this topic.

Do your Sims get stuck in place and you have to soft reset them? 

 

Also, do either of you get an error like "try_initiate_pregnancy  MAIN/ERROR" or something?  I first noticed it happening for me when its a Young Adult and Teen.... (Incest;Male and Female)  But then tried on other combinations and it had the same thing...  I tried what was suggested but it didn't work, maybe its because of the update or something?

Translation Tutorial
Creating a translation for WickedWhims is a community effort. If you think you're up to the challenge, go for it!
 
1. To start you need the most recent Language Template: TranslationTemplates_04_July_2021.zip
2. Pick the package file that corresponds to the language you're making the translation for.
It's recommended to use DP STBL Editor to save STBL files and S4PE to create and edit packages.
3. Open the package with S4PE, select all of the files, and export them to files.
4. Open each exported file with DP STBL Editor and export it to XML. Then translate these XML files.
5. Once you have all of the XML files translated, open each exported STBL file once again and import the translated XML files on top of it.
6. Then save, which should save them with the appropriate Instance ID. Saved files are located in the same folder as the DP STBL Editor application.
7. Open the package with S4PE once again and import the translated STBL files to it, then save.
Your translation is ready.
 
If you create a package, don't send it to me, create your own topic and I will eventually link it here too.

there's roughly 4 threads going at this point all with the same issue. mod needs compatibility updating, word on the street is tomorrowish
