Okay, are you still doing the quest (in other words are you bringing the bandits to Pardo to meet his request for 3 slaves to sell, since his stock has come up short)? If you have not started it then that is the fist thing you need to do. Speak with Pardo and he will request help filling up the cells downstairs (he will even give you a list of preferred slaves). If you have completed the quest (and sold 3 slaves at auction already) and you have the fourth slave, talk to Pardo. He will give you (the last time for a freebie from him) a slave auction medallion. Place this on you slave (you are going to wear this) and tell them "you are going to stay here a while." A guard should then appear and take your slave downstairs. Next, speak with Pardo and suggest "we should have a slave auction soon." He will tell you he thinks that's a good idea and to be here at midnight. You can then watch your fourth slave auctioned off. For the fifth, and all subsequent, slaves you must buy slave auction medallions (at 1 gold apiece) from Pardo (another profit center for him). Then equip the medallion on a slave you want to sell, tell them to stay here a while, and talk to Pardo about the auction again.

Okay. Specifically what part of the quest have you completed? Have you spoken with the Jarl of Falkreath, the Pale or Hjaalmarch after becoming their thane (necessary to begin the quest)? Have you spoken with Ainethach in Karthwasten (and received the slaving gear from the Orc blacksmith in Markarth)? Have you delivered 4 slaves to the mines in Karthwasten, Dawnstar and Stonehills? Have you been attacked and defeated the girl (sorry forgot her name) whose sister was taken by slavers? Have you then rescued the sister from slavers? Have you then spoken with the Slaver representative at the Dawnstar docks? Have you then spoken with the guard at the Stonehills mine in order to get the Solitude quest? Have you completed the Solitude quest?

Only after all of those (unless you make the questline optional in the MCM menu) will you be able to auction off slaves at the Restless Hunter.

If what you want is to enslave bandits and sell them off (relatively) quickly I would suggest you try another of Musje's mods - And you get a slave.

First quest - the begining (I play translation version so name of the quest may be different). When you talk to barkeeper first time.

Yes, I mark questline as optional.

Okay. Talk to Pardo (the barkeeper). One of two things will happen (I'm used to playing with the questline so I am not certain which of these you will have available - hopefully both). You may be able tell him that you have a slave for sale (this is how the questline runs). He will then give you a slave auction medallion and tell you to leave your slave (he promises that they will be safe until you return). If that is not available he will have the "what have you got for sale" dialogue. Click on that and buy slave auction medallions (at one gold piece per medallion). In either case, place the medallion on the slave you want to sell (this process can be repeated as many times as you have slaves - up to five at a time, that is the maximum number he will sell at any one time). Then, tell the slave (from the slave's dialogue) you are going to stay her a while (this is usually one of the last choices on the list (at least in the English version). When you have done that one of the guards will come and escort your slave into the basement (if you are doing more than one slave you should wait until you are certain the slave is downstairs before you repeat the process with another slave - the Restless Hunter is the glitchiest part of Home Sweet Home so you need to be patient with it). After your slave(s) are downstairs approach Pardo (the barkeeper) again. He should now have a dialogue option to the effect "we should have a slave auction." If there are at least three slaves for the auction (bear in mind that Pardo provides some slaves for auction - which you can purchase if you like) then he will agree to hold an auction and will tell you to be there at midnight. The auction plays out from there.

Although Musje is definitely the expert I have to ask, did you have sufficient gold in your inventory to cover the bid that you made? While I have had the auction stick for no apparent reason it always sticks if I make a bid that I can't cover.

Special edition just won't start, I have everything installed. Probably my load order or something, guess  LOOT isn't doing that well. If anyone has any advice on this please tell me. If other people made it work, then maybe I am just doing something dumb.

There is no released Special Edition of PAHE or Home Sweet Home. You can fully convert PAHE and Home Sweet Home - and all their dependencies - for Special Edition.

There are write-ups on how to do this posted in multiple places. It involves modifying all the NIFs, all the HKX animation files, and rewriting the ESPs using the CK.

Without conversion, they will not work on Special Edition.

Current version is 1.17. It can be had by going to the top of this support page (or the bottom) and hitting the "first page" key (looks like <<). Then, on the top of that page is a green bar that says something like "view file." Press that and you will be on the page where you can download the newest version. Please read the requirements since they are different than they used to be (not much but read the instructions anyway).

I don't have any problems with running FNIS with ZAZ8 installed but not with ZAZ8+. I'm getting "Index was outside the bounds of the array" error. I'm using FNIS Behavior v6.3 XXL and, alongside PHE and HSH, I'm using OSex and Display Model. Is there such a difference in size between ZAZ8 and ZAZ8+ that FNIS can cope with one but not with the other? And is it possible to run HSH 1.17 with just ZAZ8?

I don't know all the answers to your questions and don't pretend to. However, ZAZ is simply a listing of resources available to Musje to include in HSH. Some of those are used and many, many others are not incorporated. The newest version 1.17 is still compatible with ZAZ7 so I expect there would be no problems with ZAZ8 (sans plus). I don't have the XXL version of FNIS, OSA or Display Model. I do find the newest additions by T.ara in ZAZ8+ to be a lot of fun (especially the aspen tree with arms bound overhead). You can look at the ZAZ8+ home page - T.ara lists the changes from 8 to 8+.

I have both PAH and Home Sweet Home installed, but no matter what i do, i cant find the option for a slave to follow me around if they are registered under Home Sweet Home, so atm I have to transfer them to PAH get them to where i want inside my house and then transfer them back to Home Sweet Home. Anyone having similar problems or a possible fix? Let me know if you need Load Oder, Mod List, Logs, etc

It's a "too many animations" error.  You could still use ZAZ8.0+ if you want to (I use it with this mod) by either:

1. Loading fewer animations or

2. Using FNIS V7.0 Beta

There is a line of dialogue for HSH slaves, I believe it is "keep me company dear." The slave will then follow you within the confines of your home. Sometimes this does not show up but usually interacting with them in another way (such as having sex or punishing them) will do the trick. If that fails try exiting the house and then coming in again.

I got a silly question. According to your description the house slave camp only works in one room. Could it be possible to make some kind of script to tell the mod what adjacent cells can be included so that they could be compatible too? It would be very handy if you have a huge house with different indoor cells locked together.

I am not Musje but I have played with this mod a lot. I think that you misread her description. The house cell token works for one cell, not just one room. Basically, if you do not have to go through a door the house cell token covers the entire house. It works throughout a Hearthfire home (except the basement where you have to go through a door). It works throughout Dragonsreach (until you go through a door - such as into the Jarl's quarters). It works throughout the Blue Palace (unless - you guessed it - you go through a door such as into the Pelagius wing).

To be clear what I mean by going through a door is changing cells (in game terms where you get the delay and the changing cells screen). Going through a mundane door (such as entering Elisif's bedroom in the Blue Palace) is not an issue.

ah, ok...dammit! I mean i don't have a very good PC so i tend to hve a lot of player homes that hve multiple cells to make t more lighter on my rig. If the huses use a lot of vanilla assets and don't come with bsa's i even edit r create more rooms to cut the house appart so to speak just so that it is compatible for me. But on the other hand it would probably be nightmare to handle. I did however see, right after making that post ofcourse -_-, tat when you tell them to follow you that they do go with you in the next cell as long as it isn't the "big loading screen" kind of cell (you know with the images). Anyway thanks for the answer.
