Blender 2.80+, (2.63->2.79) TRI file import/export plugins
Blender 2.80+ -- Plugins for Importing and Exporting TRI files
These are updated plugin files for Blender for importing and exporting Skyrim TRI files. It might work with other games that use similar morph file formats.
1) Remove "-Blender2.XX" from the end of the filename if it exists
2) EITHER:
(preferred) Use the 'Install' button at the top of the Add-ons panel and select both .py files

Place both files in the addons folder of y
So, I realized a big mistake in what I originally thought about TRI and about UV in them. I used a concerning amount of time to look into this.. Here are collected information I could find. I still don't see much reference to them other than by what other 'fan'-projects have done:
