Glad to hear you're working on Ship of Heroes - CoH was my favourite game ever, I lost two years of my life to it.  Happy times

 

This new MMO's superhero anatomy is certainly going to be in good hands!

 

Btw, just to say the amount of detail in JB is mind-blowing, I only just discovered it yesterday (just started playing FO4 a couple of weeks ago, been blazing through modding in a concentrated burst, setting up various profiles, etc.).  I've never modded properly before (the most I've done is experimentally shuffle different combinations of textures and meshes around in MO by making up ad-hoc mods for different profiles lol), but this body is inspiring enough to make me want to dip my toes in the water.  It deserves the skimpy replacer!

 

Things seem to be picking up pace with FO4 a bit.  The recent Wonder Body is pretty cool in a different way, hope that picks up a head of steam too (though it's a totally different kind of concept, but I like the thoroughgoingly naturalistic look of it).

 

Anyway, thanks ever so much for all your efforts (I've used numerous of your mods in the past) and best of luck with the MMO, I'll be following its progress and wish you guys well.  The world definitely needs a top class superhero MMO again!

Why make a new body type with completely different UV Textures? You're essentially screwing over those using CBBE. Why can't we have a universal body for once? I respect your work, but why the body change? Couldn't you make a preset in Bodyslide that uses CBBE textures/UV maps?

A real shame JB doesn't seem to get much support if not any kind of support at all nowadays. I was so hapy to finally have fit and buff women in a Beth game without having just 6 or 7 outfits available. *Sigh* Now we only get CBBE and Atomic beauty.

I agree  so much with you, JaneBod is dramatically better and more versatile than CBBE, besides you can still achieve the same kinda bodies with JB as well. Anyway... I'm probably just one of the latest if not the latest one still trying to work on it. I finally achieved what I wanted from a female body for FO4 and I'm worki ng hard on creating the proper conversions of the best armors and clothes  but it's really hard for me, specially considering how bad is the mesh of the clothes compared to the bodies...

 

I didn't release the mod yet, I finally bought a gaming laptop {HP OMEN 17-w102nl... i7 6700 Pascal based CPU up to  3.8Ghz, 16GB RAM and an astonishing GTX1070A with 8GB dedicated memory} set to ultra with 4K textures and a nice ENB which will allow me to make worthy photos now after a long wait of several months. I post here a couple of them. If anybody is interested in developing it more with proper outfits {basically I would like to re-mesh the armors/clothes with better LOD, to fit the body at the best} please get in touch with me.

Giving more working options can't be bad for the Fallout community.

Arja again with a slightly modified size 0 in LooksMenu {slim-muscolar} after a visit to Diamond City...

 

 

 

Arja again with Dogmeat and of course Piper, who has now the body Arja originally had. I changed Arja just because they looked too similar and Arja is more a woman of action than of typewriter!

 

 

The goal of the mod is to represent the typical beauty of some pinup models of the 70s like Roberta Pedon and Sylvia McFarland or some actual pornmodels like Venera and Sha Rizel whom people probably know better. I believe FallOut is the game that can perfectly represnt that scenario.

 

 

I really hope some other modder can help, I wouldn't mind releasing it as a work of a team!

 

 

First goal before public release is to fix the neck seam, create a few variations of breasts sizes and a fix a first bunch of clothes/armors {I have an Irma's Featherd Dress but I'm not happy with the basic mesh and I didn't manage into importing an .obj file into NifSkope}...

Happy to see I'm not the only one who grieves over this matter. I just wish I knew/had the patience to make conversions so we could get more outfits, alas I just don't have the spirit...

Not throwing shit at CBBE or AB, they're both fantastic in their own ways, but JB is just so much flexible. Not only you can make the curvy bodies of CBBE and the bimbo ones from AB, but so much more including my beloved muscular bodies. Just why is it that this body has such a low popularity?

It does have a lot going for it. But, I think the answer to this is:

 

1. Author appears to be inactive.

2. It was built without support for weight sliders.

I think the answer is a lot easier.

There are far too many morphs.
If you want to publish a mod, you have to create 376 Morphs for each Outift / Armor.

I think many will use it, but few will publish conversions for it. At least that's how I did it for a very long time.

Actually, you have to say: failed in the success - it was too much of a good.

Well, I'm still developing it, adding more pre-made sizes for the breasts, making homage to Russ Meyer { https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russ_Meyer } and his "ultra vixens" actresses from the 70s., and I'm eager to make all the possible conversions, from vanilla up to selected new creations by other modders. Unfortunately, as I've already wrote, I'm very unhappy with the LOD of their meshes, till they mismatch the body higher poly meshes and I won't get through the learning process about NifSkope I won't start that. I will release it as it is as soon as I've taken a few good pictures for the mod page, so whoever does like it can give it a try. Honestly I'm quite happy with keeping my character always naked for now... ?

If you were speaking about the body I'm working at yes and I edited them to have big fleshy outer labia. My aim though is to improve it with a bigger clit and I believe I can be quite cose to achieve that {you can tell by yourself with those spoiled pictures below} as soon as I dedicate some time on minor adjustments. Right now I'm more focused on outfits conversions and some special editions {"FrenchConnection : iCurie"}...

oh now i found this body in bodyslide JaneBodVag ... oh yeah thats what i call female body ... so many options  ... anatomicaly perfect... real immersion ... much better then cbbe

I would use JB, but my fav mods don't have conversions for it, and many skins don't either. I would gladly convert them if I knew how to be honest, but that stuff is so confusing.

The difficulty is higher with vanilla or vanilla based outfits because of the low poly quality that doesn't match the high poly quality of the body mesh. Things get different, easier, when the original mods are made by sratch with high poly, specially in the breasts area.

 

I hope you like my mod and what I'm trying to achieve there. I'm open to any suggestion and even request.

Is there a way to add physics to these clothing? I use CBP physics & JaneBod Extended but the outfits remain static. I tried to do it in Outfit Studio but don't really know where to begin..

The author of CBP did say that it's compatible with CBBE and Fusion Girl

If you don't like cbbe then get Fusion girl. There are still way more outfit mods for the FG than jb

and its being constantly updated unlike jb
