LOL, ? That is absolutely a free Preset, the link is already there. So if you missed it, I listed them here instead,

Use ECE to use this for both Skyrim LE/SE : _2_commonTriRaces.slot

It is the default xml of this body, I never changed anything...

I used UUNP Body on Skyrim LE for that particular gif there so it was a ridiculous jiggle ?.

+ Puffy Nipples mod + Bodychange mod to switch Body Types and Textures.
