the race is redgard with borndragon skin texture and the helmet if from one of the TBD conversion mods from lovers lab but i cant renumber the name of the mod sadly

I would say no. To have a mind fucked, the mind itself, i.e Pelagius the person operating the mind, needs to be a participant in the sexual act. Certainly, Pelagius was present and through his presence provided the setting of the act, but he himself did not actively participate. Either way, Pelagius can still be considered to have been fucked in his mind.
